  • How does the Lifetime CE Pass work?

  • "Lifetime"? Really?

    Your Lifetime CE Pass gives you full access for the operational lifetime of the SWTP CEUs platform. This means as long as SWTP CEUs continues to offer online continuing education services, you'll have access.

  • Can I transfer my Lifetime CE Pass to someone else?

    No. The Lifetime CE Pass is an individual, non-transferable, non-sharable license tied to your account. Sharing login credentials violates our Terms of Use and may result in account termination.

  • Are the CEs approved in my state?

    SWTP CEUs is an ASWB ACE–approved provider (#2486). Most U.S. states and Canadian provinces accept ACE approval (New York is the exception). Final decisions rest with each licensing board—double-check with your board for maximum certainty.

  • How will I receive my CE certificates?

    Once you complete a course and pass the posttest, your certificate of completion is generated automatically and ready to download instantly.

  • Are new courses included in my membership?

    Yes. Every new SWTP CEUs course published during your membership year will automatically be included at no additional cost.

  • How does this compare to the Unlimited CE Pass?

    The Unlimited CE Pass provides one year of access to all courses from your purchase date and requires renewal after 12 months. The Lifetime CE Pass provides ongoing access—no renewals, no expiration dates, with new courses added regularly.

Program Details

ACCREDITATION

SWTP CEUs (provider number 2486), is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 10/24/2025 - 10/24/2026.

POSTTEST REQUIREMENTS 

A posttest follows course materials. A passing score of 80% is required to receive CE credit. Retakes are available if the passing score is not met.

CERTIFICATES 

To earn CE course credit, participants must complete the full course, achieve a passing score of 80% on the posttest, and submit the course evaluation. Certificates of completion are issued automatically upon successful completion.

ASSIGNMENTS 

No outside assignments are required.

REFUND POLICY 

Full refunds are available for any reason if requested within 7 days of purchase and before the course is completed. To request a refund, please email [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If SWTP CEUs cancels or withdraws a course for any reason, all registered learners will receive a full refund.
